Google - open source mania!

Google, which is the leader of browsing world and organizations, is releasing many of their latest products as open source. As I told you already, Google launched its developer version of Wave, a new online personal or networking site, just like Orkut and also which have many features like communicating or chatting with number of persons simultaneously, etc. The wave protocol is the base of this site and Google is going to release this new protocol to the internet world as open source. As usual Google developed this product in Python and through their own development kit called Software Development Kit (SDK). So, surely it will be developed in various languages like Java, .Net and Google is also providing this kit and free space for debugging and developing the various projects that are developed in this environment. This is a golden opportunity for internet developers, who are very eager in knowing the platform in which various internet tools they are using in one of the favorite and major search engine, Google. It also laid a strong foundation to enhance the work by implementing many more features from Wave protocol. The major search engine Google is also going to release the background work Chrome OS, and few other projects as open source, this year. Chrome OS is under development phase now and surely its release will redefine the concept of an Operating System. The main basis of the operating system is that your OS is just a browser and data will be stored in cloud. You need to interact with interfaces which contain your data and those interface are nothing but what we us it as applications like editor, explorer, etc. It is evident that they are not just making the world to enhance their products, but also laying heavy competition to other market contenders in the global industry like Microsoft.
